For 14 long, difficult years, I battled a multitude of mental health issues & also the effects that they had on my life.

My music is a journey through my own private hell - warts & all. My lyrics speak frankly about the variety of dark situations & reactions to those situations ´ both good & bad, that I went through. I take a long look at myself through an objective lens and talk about how I really felt & of course, how I dealt with things along the way. 

Oh, & don’t worry - I “injected” some humor into my story. I try to take the “D” out of depression, in the lyrics.

No glory or glorification in the ways I lived my life or the way it affected the people closest to me.

It’s been a fucking crazy ride.
